Procedure

Start time:

  • 9:30 am each day

Race Number Pickup:

  • Monday, June 28, 2:00–5:00 pm at TVB Kaunertal in Feichten
  • Monday, June 28 at TVB Tiroler Oberland in Ried i.O. (by appointment only, until June 24)
  • Stage 1: 7:45–9:00 am at the start
  • Stage 2-5: from 8:30 am at the start
  • The race bib is valid for all 5 stages

Individual Classification: Women / Men

  • Overall Classification: Overall / Age Groups: 
Over 20 / Over 45 / Over 55 / Over 65
  • Daily Classification: Overall

Infos

Required Equipment:

  • Trail running shoes
  • Food and drinks
  • Personal beaker (cup, bottle, or flask)
  • Whistle
  • Cell phone with emergency numbers 140, 112, and the SOS EU ALP app
  • Rain jacket
  • Emergency blanket

Trekking poles are allowed but must be carried from the start to the finish.

Food items must be labeled with your race number for the race. Dispose of trash only at the aid stations. Violations will result in disqualification.

  • Failure to comply will result in a DNF, and you must return to the start on your own and at your own risk via the exit lines

Notes:

For Stage 5, luggage transport to the finish line and the train ride down after the race are free for participants. A discounted ticket is available for accompanying persons.
